Armed Forces Covenant
Our Commitment to the Armed Forces Community
Action First Assessments Ltd is proud to support the Armed Forces Covenant and recognises the important contribution made by serving personnel, reservists, veterans, cadet force adult volunteers and military families.
We understand that members of the Armed Forces Community bring valuable skills, experience and resilience, and we are committed to ensuring that no member of the Armed Forces Community experiences disadvantage in accessing employment opportunities or services delivered by our organisation.
As an organisation working across health and social care, we also recognise that military service may sometimes be relevant to an individual’s wellbeing, support needs, mental health, trauma history, safeguarding concerns or wider life experiences. We encourage a person-centred and trauma-informed approach in our professional practice.
