3rd Line IT Engineer (Pre-Sales & B2B)


£Competitive (DOE) plus benefits

Full Time, Monday - Friday (standby and overtime when necessary)

TM Resourcing are delighted to be working with our nationwide client to recruit an experienced 3rd Line IT Engineer on a permanent full time basis.

We are looking for an ambitious, determined and committed Engineer with a minimum of 2 years' field based experienced from pre-sales and business to business, first and second line support to installation and project management.

This role will include but is not limited to:

  • Providing day to day technical support to ensure solutions are provided quickly

  • Visiting client sites to enable technical issues to be resolved and solutions to be implemented

  • Carrying out proactive maintenance on client systems to minimise disruption

  • Reviewing and monitoring client systems

  • Carrying out technical audits on request

  • Producing and presenting technical sales proposals

  • Continually look for ways to improve the IT services provided and delivered to clients

Your technical skills and expertise will include:

  • Microsoft MTA, MCSA and MCSE qualifications (minimum MCSA required)

  • Knowledge of security protocols, IT systems and networking infrastructures
